These are the best water bottle carriers because it absorbs the condensation and it has the handy snap so I can attach it to a larger bag, or hook my keys to it. I take this to work and to the gym. Never leave home without it!

Stylish and Great for Backpacking!, 6.5.2011

I just went backpacking in Yosemite for 5 days, and decided that instead of bringing my huge 1L Nalgene bottle, I would bring a 24 oz metal water bottle inside my 20 Ounce Tote (the orange stripey one). It was slimmer and lighter than my big Nalgene and rode easily on my pack; the neoprene tote kept water cool for much longer in the bottle, kept bottle sweat off my hiking pants, and kept the bottle from clacking loudly against my pack straps and hiking poles. I will DEFINITELY use this system in the future on all my backpacking trips! I must also mention the snap, which did not come loose even once, although the bottle often dangled from my pack by its soft strap (the bottle also comes with a carabiner which I would hook to the soft strap, ensuring that the screw-off bottle cap did not get left behind). The Tote is quite difficult to get on and off of the bottle, but the bottle IS slightly larger than 20 ounces -- my bottle actually fits about 26 ounces total. This tote is probably made for a smaller bottle, so I'm going to buy the slightly larger 20-30 ounce tote and see how that is to take on and off. GREAT PRODUCT, I will get lots of use out of it and give as gifts to many people. Thanks!

I have had this tote for some time and used on 2 cruises and several land excursions. It is always handy to have water nearby and this allows me to attach the bottle to my backpack or belt. I have washed it several times and it always comes out looking brand new.
