I've had my bag for a couple of months and I absolutely love it! It's the perfect size for carrying my laptop and papers between home and office daily - it expands nicely for a big load, but isn't bulky for a small load. The pockets hold my keys, disks, wallet - whatever! It's an extremely comfortable bag to carry - the straps have a slight give so it doesn't cut into your shoulder like normal lap top bags. When I travel for business, it often becomes my purse/tote bag in the evening (dump out the laptop and and papers and go!). It doesn't look like a laptop bag. I've received SO many compliments on this bag!
