(1) Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only to all natural persons, age 18 and older as of the date of entry, who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
(2) How to Enter: We are accepting online Entry Forms only(1) On line: Access the Built NY 'oops' web site at http://www.builtny.com/oops scroll through the 'x-ray slide show' and complete this Entry Form, review and accept these terms by clicking on the "Submit" button below and you will be entered automatically.
(3) Prize: Twenty five drawing winners will receive one(each) (1) Built NY tote from any of the Built NY product lines as specified by entrant on Entry Form. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is nontransferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
(4) Winners: Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be conducted Built NY Inc. at its offices on or about 5 business days from the end of the Sweepstakes. All decisions by Built NY Inc. in regard to this sweepstakes are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. If selected winner is not of the age of majority in winner's state of residence, prize may be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Accepting and/or using prizes constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner's name, voice, hometown and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
(5) General Terms and Conditions: By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor, its shareholders, agents and representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (iii) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
