SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Builtny.com offers the following shipping options via UPS: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air®.

Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Please refer to the Shipping Rules & Restrictions section for more information about exclusions and restrictions for each option.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

You will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

The price for each delivery option is as follows:

• UPS Ground = $6.95 (delivers Monday through Friday. Delivery typically takes up to five business days, depending on location, but it could take up to 10 days depending on holidays, weather disturbances, and other factors.)
• UPS Alaska and Hawaii Ground = $16.95 (delivers to Alaska or Hawaii; no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays)
• UPS 2nd Day Air = $16.95 (delivers Monday through Friday to all addresses; Saturday delivery is not available; orders placed on Thursday will not arrive until Monday; proximity to our shipping facility does not shorten or otherwise affect delivery time)
• UPS Next Day Air = $35.95 (delivers Monday through Friday to all addresses; Saturday delivery is not available; orders placed on Friday will not arrive until Monday)

We do not offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery option at this time.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST in order to ship on a given business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST may not be processed until the following business day.

BUILT ships its orders exclusively through UPS. Please refer to www.ups.com for more information about its shipping rules and restrictions.

Each of UPS’s shipping methods has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

UPS Ground and Alaska/Hawaii Ground:

• Delivery may take up to five business days within the 48 contiguous states, depending on location.

UPS 2nd Day Air®:

• Delivery is guaranteed within two business days.

• UPS 2nd Day Air delivers Monday through Friday to all addresses. It does not deliver to any addresses on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Saturday delivery is not available with UPS 2nd Day Air. This means that orders placed on Thursday via UPS 2nd Day Air will not arrive until Monday.

• Proximity to our shipping facility does not shorten or otherwise affect delivery time for UPS 2nd Day Air delivery.

UPS Next Day Air®:

• Delivery is guaranteed within one business day.

• UPS Next Day Air delivers Monday through Friday to all addresses. It does not deliver to any addresses on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Saturday delivery is not available with UPS Next Day Air. This means that orders placed on Friday via UPS Next Day Air will not arrive until Monday.

Builtny.com cannot ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. You must provide a street address for all orders.

You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail from UPS within 72 hours that includes your tracking number. Please add auto-notify@ups.com to your address book to ensure that the email doesn’t go to your junk box or get lost in your spam filter. Your order will arrive in approximately 1-10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you have chosen. (Orders placed within the past 72 hours may not have been added to the UPS system yet and may be unavailable for tracking at this time.)
