"There is no instructions on how to remove the smaller pressure seal gasket, it appears to be fixed in place. Removal seems like it would damage it. Someone else had a similar complaint two years ago. And there was no response"
"I have had the same problem Carla described, where the lid gets stuck. I’ve skipped meals and hurt my hands trying to open it. Just now the outer plastic coating came off, with the body of the lid still stuck. I came here to see if there’s a solution but maybe it’s time to just throw it out."
"Lid is extremely hard to get on and off. 2 x it has threaded crooked and my child is unable to open and misses his lunch because of it. Will never buy this brand again"
"Love the 10 oz stainless food jar! However, I’m not quite sure how to get the lid after it’s been used totally clean of bacteria. Please advise thanks."
