"I think this cup is Great! I normally buy a few at a time thinking I’m going to give them to people I think would like them but I never do. The cup does what it says about keeping your beverage hot or cold for the number of hours. I didn’t like the lid to have an opening so I found a lid with a closure tab in case the cup falls over. Overall it’s a great cup!!"
"The mugs are great but the lids crack and break within a year. Wrote to customer service and they will not replace them (nor do they sell replacements on their website). Big minus in my book."
