Beware!!

"Although the product is satisfactory, it unfortunately broke prematurely shortly after purchase. Regrettably, the manufacturer no longer produces this particular model. Consequently, it is advisable to exercise caution when considering purchasing products from China."

Tumbler is Great, Lid is Bad

"Loooove the tumbler!! But the lid sucks and broke within 2 months of light use. Can't seem to buy replacement lids. If it weren't for the lid it would get 5 stars"

"Wanted to return cup seeing as how it was half the price at a local retailer and company would not provide me with free shipping. So I am very unhappy."

Great - but too tall for a straw!

"I love the tumbler - but it is too tall for my metal straws. The previous size was a bit shorter. My straw is at the very top of the lid, so I can't just pick up my tumbler and take a sip. Can you make a longer metal straw to fit the new taller bottle?"

I fell in LOVE with this Tumbler.. at first :(

"I never owned a ‘Tumbler’ before. I didn’t even know that’s what they were called. I was just needing something to keep my drink safe from all the drywall dust & wood chips I have flying around me on a daily basis, & I wanted my drink to stay cold. So I bought this. I never imagined that I’d fall in love with it. I couldn’t believe it. The ice cubes I put in it… we’re STILL ICE CUBES the NEXT DAY. I told everyone I could about this cup. I said out loud that “I LOVE this cup!” (I still call it a cup). It was true love; it least it was for the first 3 days. That’s when…. My lid cracked. All the plastic that goes around the edge of my lid piece just broke off. I kept seeing plastic pieces laying around until I made the connection. Fortunately my cup was still usable - & that’s WITH the lid…. It least it for the next 2 days. Those 2 days would be the last I’d ever get to love this cup/tumbler for what it was when I fell in love with it. Because while I was simply hand washing my cup… the lid for some reason malfunctioned on me & now jt won’t turn or fully open or close now. So j can’t drink out of it nor can I keep it from spilling my juice if it tilts. This is upsetting. I really liked this cup. But…. THAT LID HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST LID EVER MANUFACTURED. The cup itself? It’s wonderful. Marvelous. Stupendous. It’s GREAT. But that lid… just defeated the whole point. I am very sad.Thank you for listening. Hope this review helped."
