Disappointed

"While I love(d) my beautiful new tumbler (30 oz) I am extremely disappointed with how much it costs to replace the darn lid! $5.99 for a piece of plastic is bad enough but $7.99 plus tax for shipping??? It costs more to just replace the entire cup than it does to replace a broken lid! I will decline to buy another one, and will cut my losses. Sorry."

Love the cup, hate the lid

"Pros: Solid built, keeps coffee hot, fits my cupholders. Cons: Lid sucks, broke after 3 months. You WILL NOT find a replacement lid ANYWHERE, and Built does not offer them. This is a huge issue, that I can't believe Built hasn't fixed. Save your time, spend a few extra $$ and buy something else. At least Yeti (Even though they're 38$) sells replacement lids and/or guarantees them for 5 years. I bought 4 of those this morning, after buying 6 Built Cups over the past couple of years."
