Fine Lunch Bag, But Serious Strap Issues

"The size and design of the lunch bag is exactly what I need. However, there are two major design flaws that prevent me from recommending it. The shoulder strap is not removable making the bag hard to keep clean. Also, the latch strap is too long. It will only close securely if the bag is very full. Only the bottom position is usable."
