"I have 2 of these and the paint is pealing off around the rim where you drink. Sent pictures to Built and they said I would have to pay to package and ship the cups to their company, in order to get them replaced. This would cost me more than to go and buy new ones. What a scam."

"The colored outer wrap began to peel within 30 days of purchase. Contacted the company about the defect (also sent pictures of the problem). They want me to incur the cost of returning the defective item back to them (which is close to the cost of a new tumbler) before they will honor their product warranty. They must know this item fails often."

"Purchased the 20 oz. tumbler and within 2 weeks the green plastic wrap began to peel off. Contacted Lifetime Brands about the defect and included photos of the problem; asked them to address the issue. They require me to incur the cost of returning the item to them (even though the photos I included clearly showed the problem with the item. . . they do not need to receive the actual product to evaluate and the shipping cost would be equivalent to purchasing another 20 oz. tumbler) before they will honor their product warranty. Buy a different brand!"
Just okay
"I purchased three of the 20 ounce tumblers at Walmart a few years ago. They were made with a no slip material on the outside and the lid is different and better than the new lid. (See picture attached). With the new style, liquid leaks out too easily, making a mess and the outside of the tumbler is harder to hold on to because it is so slick. The older lid still leaked but kept liquid from splashing out way so easily. I like the old style way better, but I ordered some new lids that claim no leakage from EBay so we will see!"

"I wasn't sure what to expect with this tumbler. I was pleasantly surprised that it kept my coffee warm for several hours. I love the lid too. It slides closed in case I need to take it with me! I purchased the pink tumbler, I love the color!"
Leaks & Stains
"I agree that this tumbler keeps your liquids hot / cold but the lid itself doesn't seal well and if it bumps around AT ALL, it leaks all over the place. Not only that, whatever material the outside is made of, it absorbs the liquid and you cannot clean it. So now I have coffee stains running all up and down the side of the tumbler that will not come out no matter how much scrubbing I do. Who makes a tumbler that is stained by coffee? Would not recommend this product at all."
