24oz Bedford Dualid Water Bottle

bottle good, customer service doesn't exist

"Bought the Bedford dual lid bottle at the Orlando Navy exchange while deployed for hurricane mitigation. It had good insulating properties and the dual action lid made it one of my favorite workout companions. After about 7 months the lid began to stretch and could become unseated. It became annoying having to clean up my blueberry extract off the gym for during group exercise classes. I did reach out to support@biltony.com and have never received a reply. I would actually be tempted to buy another whole bottle just for the lid. The old bottle still works well and it is heavily adorned with squadron zaps and other stickers that are irreplaceable. I would write a much better review if the company stood behind their products with customer support."

Be ready to have an un-useable bottle

"Once the silicone gasket gets black mould after you've only had the bottle a few weeks and tried to clean it in vain, THERE ARE NO REPLACEMENT GASKETS and BuiltNY DGAF!!!! What a farce."

My favorite water bottle

"I’ve used multiple reusable water bottles through out the years, mostly due to mistakenly misplacing them. However, I have to say I keep coming back to this one in particular. First off the size is perfect for any cup holder, the canteen style lid makes it easy to get a quick drink and move on without the worry of loosing a cap or needing the right straw (which is another crazy thing that’s been dominating today’s water bottles 🙄 why straws), I also like that they added the soft touch to the cap/lid and to the main lid for an easier grip."

Nice Bottle

"I've been using this bottle mostly on the flip-straw side, rather than the chug circle. It's been perfect! I saw the other review about leaking, and I haven't had that issue. I'm not sure if I'm having better luck because I use the straw side only. So far, so good for me, however."

Leakage

"Bought one of these in hot pink, kids version from a store. After barely a month or so it started leaking. I messaged in and customer service was kind enough to send me another. And within a few months it too started leaking. I could not believe this. They said I could send it back and get another but not return sticker, I'd have to pay for that. It seems there may be an issue with the plastic washer within these types of bottles that isn't made well. I even asked if they would be willing to send me another washer to no avail. Kind of a waste in this purchase. I had to buy a contigo and it said leak proof and is proving to be just that. Hope this helps ensure better quality materials in future."
