Not well thought out design 1

"Afraid that I cannot recommend this leash. There are Two handles. If I use the lower down one, I have to stoop down to use it, and I am too close to my dogs. They are terriers, so prone to changing direction frequently. As they are too close to me, we frequently collide. If I hold the higher handle, the dogs foot will invariably go through the lower handle, which makes the leash wrap around their legs, and we frequently collide again"
